When attaching the Grab Tab to your pet's collar or harness, ensure it's slightly shorter than the drop from the attachment point of the collar or harness to the ground. This ensures that the Grab Tab doesn't get caught on anything.

Mini, Midi & Maxi
Mini
Approximately 10mm with a break strength of approximately 170 kg, Mini width leashes is perfect for mini sized breeds with it's thin and cute size. This is also the same width that's used to craft our straps and lanyards.
Midi
Approximately 13mm with a break strength of approximately 220 kg, Midi width leashes gives a good grip and is ideal for mini sized breeds to (some) medium sized breeds.
Maxi
Approximately 16mm with a break strength of approximately 280 kg, Maxi width leashes is perfect for most medium sized breeds to large sized breeds. Our collars and harnesses are made in Maxi.
Material
BioThane®
Manufactured in the USA, BioThane® is a polyester webbing with an external PVC coating. The PVC coating makes it strong, durable, waterproof, easy to clean and to maintain. Available in assorted colours, this makes BioThane® superior to leather as it is extremely weather-proof! To top if off, our crafts are coated at the ends for a true waterproof finish.

Snaps, Buckles & Screws
Gold - Natural Brass
Strong, durable and corrosion-resistant. Brass will tarnish and may lose its lustre, but a good polish will restore its shine.
Silver - Nickel Plated Solid Brass
Adds a neutral brightness to your hardware while giving a shiny, classic finish. The nickel plating is an additional coat to protect against wear and tear, and the natural brass layer will be revealed where scratches occur.
Black - Black Plated Solid Brass
Aesthetically pleasing, black hardware creates a subtle ruggedness and style. In the event of scratches, the natural layer of brass will be revealed under the coating.
Rose Gold - Rose Gold Plated Solid Brass
The crowd favourite, the rose gold hardware gives off a chic style. Being prone to scratches, the natural layer of brass will be revealed under the coating. The rose gold coating will run the risk of fading in the long run.

Measurement Guide
Slip Collar | Limited Slip Collar | Fixed Martingale Collar | House Collar
Measure around the widest point of your pet's face with a measuring tape. Double check that the circumference of the loop is able to enter and exit your pet's face comfortably. The loop should not be too loose else the collar will run the risk of slipping out of your pet's neck. If your pet is between sizes, you can round up.
Buckled Collar | Braided Buckled Collar | Quick Release Collar | Adjustable Martingale Collar
Measure around pet's neck with a finger leeway with a measuring tape. If your pet has lots of floof, you can measure slightly under the coat instead of directly against it's skin. If your pet is between sizes, you can round up.
IMPORTANT
Please measure your dog while it is in a standing / sitting position for accuracy. Kindly do not measure against an existing collar.

All items are strictly non-refundable unless there is a defect or a wrong size/colour is sent.
Should you receive a defective or incorrect product, please drop us an e-mail or a message within 24 hours upon receiving them, along with a picture of the product you have received.
All items are made to order and there will be strictly no refunds if wrong measurements were provided.
Where adjustments are possible, any additional shipping costs will be fully borne by the buyer.
Care
While BioThane® is strong and durable with other amazing qualities, do note that BioThane® is NOT chew-proof. Please keep your pet under supervision if a BioThane® product is on them.
Insect repellents containing DEET may cause staining or pitting on BioThane®. A great alternative would be to use an all-natural or organic insect repellent.
To keep clean, gently wipe your accessory with a wet cloth to remove dirt. You may use a gentle foaming soap to remove slighty stubborn stains on your accessory. Wipe your accessory dry after washing.
Disclaimer
The customer is responsible for determining the suitability of our items and will be fully responsible for any injuries or damages from the use of our products. While BioThane is strong, do note that they are not chew-proof. Please keep a close supervision on your pets while the products are on them. Please inspect your items for signs of wear and tear before each use to ensure the safety of yourself or your pet.
Products
All items are handcrafted upon order. Utmost effort will be put in the ensure consistency but there may be sight variations in length and colour.
Hardware
We use natural solid brass & plated solid brass as our hardware. While brass in nature does not rust, it will oxidise and produce a patina which makes your hardware less shiny. Oxidisation cannot be avoided and sometimes can stain lighter coloured BioThane.
Colours
We try our best to ensure that the colours of the products are taken true to its colours. Due to different screen resolution or lighting conditions, the actual colours might look slightly different from what is shown on the screen.
