Can I add to my existing order?
Yes! Please drop us an e-mail at hello@staplestudio.sg and we'll assist you with that.

I forgot to use a discount code, can I get my refund after I placed my order?
All discounts have to be applied prior to carting out. In the event you did not apply the discount code for your order (and payment has been made), we will not be able to refund the amount for the discount even if you quote the discount code. Please always check your order prior to carting out.

Can I edit my order after I've placed it?
You may edit your orders within 24 hours upon placing your order. Please reach out to us at hello@staplestudio.sg or drop us a WhatsApp message, along with your order number so we can assist you with that. We will not be able to make changes after 24 hours upon placing the order.

Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry to hear you'll like to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at hello@staplestudio.sg or drop us a WhatsApp message, together with your order number within 24 hours. We will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours upon making your order.

I have a custom order. How do I go about doing it?
We'll be happy to customize an order for you. Please reach out to us at hello@staplestudio.sg and we can discuss from there. Alternatively, you may reach out to us via WhatsApp. Please include your ideas thoroughly, as well as pictures or drawings if any.

What payment methods do you accept?
For domestic orders: PayNow | GooglePay | Credit Cards | Debit Cards | PayPal
For International orders: Credit Cards | Debit Cards | PayPal

How do I wash/care for my items?
You can wipe your your item down with a wet wipe and dry it with a cloth after. You can also wash your item(s) with a sponge and a little detergent for a more thorough cleansing. Dry with a cloth after.

My pet chewed on the BioThane. Can I do an exchange?
We will not be able to exchange your leash for a new one. However, we can attempt to repair your leash. If you would like your item(s) repaired, please reach out to us at hello@staplestudio.sg and we can discuss from there. Alternatively, you can drop us a WhatsApp message, along with the details and photos (if any). Please note that the total cost (inclusive of two-way shipping) will be fully borne by the customer. We recommend you to use a trackable shipping option. Full payment is to be made prior to the commencement of any repair or refurbishing works.
