Custom policies and practices vary from country to country. International orders may be subjected to custom duty. Depending on the destination, it's governing laws and the total order value, custom duty varies across the different countries. The recipient will bear the responsibility of these charges.
RETURNS

All items are strictly non-refundable unless there is a defect or a wrong size/colour is sent.
Should you receive a defective or incorrect product, please drop us an e-mail or a message within 24 hours upon receiving them, along with a picture of the product you have received.
All leashes, collars, harness and straps are made to order and we will not allow refunds if wrong measurements were provided. Where adjustments are possible, any additional shipping costs will be fully borne by the buyer.
