Shipping & Handling

All items are handmade upon order, specially for your floof!

Due to it's handmade nature, the lead time for all orders will be
between 10 - 15 working days. This is not inclusive of duration for shipping.

For domestic orders, we use a trackable courier for all our orders.

For international orders, we will not be able to provide an estimated or fixed delivery date as we engage a third party for the delivery service.

When will my order ship?
Instock or premade items items will be sent within three business days.

All other items are handmade upon order and will take 10-15 business days, not inclusive of the lead time for shipping.

How much does international shipping cost?
The cost for each country varies. You will find the shipping charge tabulated for you prior to carting out.

Is there free shipping available?
Yes! For domestic orders, free shipping will apply for orders SGD 125 and more.
For international orders, free shipping will apply for orders SGD 250 and more.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!

Do you have an option to self collect?
We do not have an option to self-collect.

All domestic & international orders will be mailed via a trackable courier.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code once your order is shipped out. Use the link available in the e-mail to locate your package.

My package is missing / damaged. Can I get a refund?
We mail our items via a trackable shipping method. Once your item is mailed out, the customer will assume full responsibility of the package. We will not be liable for missing or damaged packages. Strictly no refund will be issued.
