Can every item be repaired or repurposed?
Not always. Repair and repurposing options depend on the product type, condition, hardware accessibility, and remaining usable material.

What if my dog chewed the BioThane?
Where possible, we may be able to cut away the chewed section and repurpose the remaining material. The available options will depend on the product and how much usable length remains.

Can you replace individual BioThane sections?
For pieces assembled with Loctite from 1 June 2026 onwards, individual section replacement may no longer be possible as the screws are secured in place. In such cases, we may need to cut away damaged areas and repurpose the remaining material instead.

Do prices include shipping?
No. All listed prices are before shipping unless otherwise stated.

How do I know if my item is eligible?
Please send us clear photos of the item, including the damaged area, hardware, and full product. We will assess and advise from there.

How long do services take?
Most services are estimated at 10 to 15 business days, excluding shipping time. Repurposing projects may require additional time for cleaning, preparation, and assessment.

Can I request a specific final product?
Yes, but it depends on the amount of usable material available. We will let you know what is possible after assessing your item.
