Thank you for supporting Staple Studio. Each piece is handmade upon order, and we truly appreciate your patience while we create something thoughtfully made for you and your adventures together.

Processing & Lead Times

Most items are handmade and made upon order. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume, customisation requirements, festive periods, and material availability.

Estimated lead times provided are intended as a guide and do not include shipping transit times.

For custom services, repurposing orders, or orders requiring customer-supplied items, please also account for the additional time needed for your item to reach us before production can begin.

If you require your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to advise accordingly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location, parcel size, and selected shipping method.

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our end.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer both local and international shipping.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local handling charges determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided where applicable once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly before placing your order. Staple Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.

Delays, Lost Parcels & Courier Issues

Once parcels have been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery timelines and parcel handling are outside of our control.

Unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, courier delays, festive periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we’ll always do our best to assist where possible, Staple Studio cannot guarantee courier delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

For parcels marked as delivered but not received, lost packages, or courier-related issues, we encourage customers to contact the shipping provider directly where necessary. We’ll gladly assist where we can.

Repurposing & Customer-Supplied Items

For repurposing services or orders requiring customer-supplied items, shipping costs to and from our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels associated with customer-selected shipping methods.
