How long will my order take?
As most products are handmade upon order, lead times may vary depending on current order volume. Estimated lead times will be stated on the website and updated where necessary.

Kindly also factor in delivery time if you require your order by a certain date. We recommend ordering ahead of time or checking out with a Fast Pass where applicable.


When does the lead time begin?
Lead times begin once payment has been received and your order has been successfully placed.


Do you keep ready stock?
Selected items may occasionally be available as ready-to-go pieces. Ready-to-go items will be shipped within 1 business day. Most products, however, are handmade upon order.


How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been packed and dispatched. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.


Do you offer free local shipping?
Yes. We offer free local shipping for orders of $150 and above. Available shipping methods and rates will be shown during checkout.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally to most countries and offer free international shipping for orders of $250 and above to selected destinations.


Can I choose a different international courier?
If you prefer alternative couriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS, please reach out before placing your order and we will be happy to provide available options where possible.


How long will shipping take after dispatch?
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping timelines are managed by the courier service.


Will I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I combine multiple orders?
If you have placed multiple orders and would like them shipped together, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help where possible.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your shipping details. If an inaccurate address results in a returned parcel and requires re-shipping, an additional shipping charge will apply, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.


My parcel is delayed. What should I do?
Once orders have been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the courier service. If your parcel appears delayed, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist where possible.
