How do I customise my order?
Customisable options will vary depending on the product and may include colours, hardware finishes, configurations, and add-ons. Available options can be selected directly on the product page where applicable.

Can I recreate a previous design I saw on your page?
You're welcome to share a photo or reference of a previous design. While we will try our best to recreate it, certain colours, materials, or components may no longer be available.

I’m not sure which colours or hardware to choose. Can you help?
Of course. If you're feeling overwhelmed by options, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to recommend combinations based on your dog's size, lifestyle, or preferences.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes may be possible if production has not started. Once work has begun, we may not be able to accommodate amendments. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

How long will custom orders take?
As each piece is handmade upon order, lead times may vary depending on current order volume. Estimated lead times will be stated on the website and updated where necessary.

Will my custom order look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colours and materials accurately. Due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur.

Can customised items be cancelled?
As custom pieces are created specifically for you, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Do you take fully custom requests?
If you have an idea outside of our usual offerings, feel free to reach out. We love exploring ideas and will always let you know if it's something we can create.
