Welcome to Staple Studio. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.
General
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
Products & Handmade Nature
Our products are handmade and made upon order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.
Measurements, finishing details, and placement of personalisation may vary slightly between pieces.
Colours & Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately display product colours and materials. However, colours may appear differently depending on individual screens, lighting conditions, and device settings.
Minor colour differences between what is displayed online and the final product do not qualify as defects.
Custom Orders & Measurements
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted measurements, sizing information, colour selections, hardware choices, and personalisation details are accurate before checkout.
Staple Studio cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information submitted during the ordering process.
Lead Times
As most products are handmade upon order, processing and production times may vary.
Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by order volume, festive periods, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Repurposing & Customer-Supplied Items
For repurposing or custom services requiring customer-supplied items, customers are responsible for shipping items to us.
Items submitted should be reasonably clean and suitable for reconstruction. Existing wear, hidden damage, material condition, or structural weaknesses may affect the final outcome.
Staple Studio reserves the right to decline work if an item is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Shipping costs to and from our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Safety & Use
Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their pet and intended use.
Pet accessories naturally experience wear over time and should be inspected regularly for signs of damage.
No pet accessory is indestructible. Customers should supervise pets appropriately and discontinue use if wear or damage is observed.
Staple Studio shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, or incidents arising from improper use, misuse, chewing, modifications, failure to inspect products, or use beyond intended purposes.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests for changes or cancellations should be made as soon as possible.
Once production has begun, we may no longer be able to accommodate amendments or cancellations.

Shipping
Once orders have been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
While we will do our best to assist where possible, Staple Studio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, customs delays, or courier-related issues.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, descriptions, logos, graphics, and content on this website remain the property of Staple Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
