As each item is handmade and made upon order, we kindly ask that all orders are placed carefully before checkout.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most Staple Studio products are custom-made and personalised to your selected specifications, including colours, sizing, hardware choices, names, and other customisations. Due to the personalised nature of these items, custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.

Please ensure all measurements, colour selections, hardware choices, and personalisation details are entered accurately before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Should you need to make changes to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before production begins. Once work has started, materials may already have been prepared or cut, and we may no longer be able to make amendments.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Orders

We take great care in creating and checking every item before it leaves our workshop. If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or an error on our end, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, chewing, misuse, or damage caused by third-party alterations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Shipping

We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the shipping provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our end.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
