How do I clean my products?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap where needed. Gently wipe away dirt and allow the product to air dry completely before use. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or strong cleaning agents.

Can your products get wet?
Our products are designed for everyday use and occasional exposure to water. However, repeated exposure to moisture, salt water, mud, or prolonged damp conditions may affect the appearance of hardware and materials over time. We recommend drying your gear thoroughly after getting wet.

Can I machine wash my products?
We do not recommend machine washing, soaking, or tumble drying. Gentle hand cleaning will help maintain the appearance and longevity of your products.

What hardware options do you offer?
Our regular hardware is made with solid brass as the base material and is available in Natural Brass (Gold), Silver, Black, and Rose Gold finishes. We also offer aluminum auto-locking carabiners on selected products.

Will my hardware tarnish or change over time?
Yes. Hardware naturally changes with use and age. Natural Brass hardware develops a patina over time, which is a normal characteristic of solid brass and part of how the material ages. Plated finishes such as Silver, Black, and Rose Gold may gradually show signs of wear over time with regular use.

Why does my hardware look slightly different over time?
Daily exposure to moisture, friction, oils, sweat, and environmental conditions can naturally affect hardware finishes. Small changes in appearance, fine scratches, or gradual wear are expected through everyday use and do not affect functionality.

Can I polish my Natural Brass hardware?
Yes. Natural Brass can be polished if you prefer to restore its shine. Over time, some customers choose to let the hardware develop a natural patina, while others prefer to polish it occasionally. Both are completely normal.

How should I store my products when not in use?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from prolonged moisture or direct sunlight. Keeping products dry when not in use can help maintain both materials and hardware.

Can I use your products for swimming or water activities?
Yes. Our products can be used for swimming and water activities. After exposure to water, especially salt water or chlorinated water, we recommend rinsing the hardware with clean water and drying it thoroughly afterwards. Regular rinsing and drying will help maintain the appearance and longevity of your hardware over time.

How can I keep my products looking their best?
A little care goes a long way. Regular cleaning and proper storage help your gear age beautifully and continue accompanying you through everyday adventures.
