What materials do you use?
We use BioThane® made in the USA, selected for its durability, comfort, and ease of maintenance. Our regular hardware is made with solid brass as the base material, available in assorted finishes including Natural Brass (Gold), Silver, Black, and Rose Gold.

For selected products, we also offer aluminium auto-locking carabiners and zinc alloy quick release buckles where suitable. Hardware options may vary depending on product type and configuration.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handmade upon each order with care and attention to detail.

Are your products made upon order?
Yes. We create each order individually rather than mass-producing products. This allows us to offer customisation and maintain the level of care that goes into every piece.

Do you carry ready-stock items?
Selected items may occasionally be available as ready stock, but most of our products are handmade upon order.

What widths and sizes are available?
Available widths and sizing vary across products. Please refer to each product page for detailed sizing information and recommendations.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog's existing gear or referring to our sizing guide before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help.

Are your products suitable for all dog sizes?

Can colours look different in person?
Yes. Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade process and make every piece uniquely yours.

Do you offer matching sets?
Many of our products can be paired together to create a coordinated set. Product compatibility and matching options will be listed where applicable.
