How does the rewards programme work?
You can earn points through purchases and selected activities, then redeem them for rewards and discounts. To view your points balance, available rewards, and more details about the programme, simply click the rewards icon located at the bottom left corner of the website.
How do I earn points?
There are multiple ways to earn points:
- Sign up for an account
- Follow us on Instagram
- Celebrate a birthday with us
- Place an order and earn 2 points for every $1 spent
- Refer a friend and earn 100 points for every successful referral
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link with friends and family. Your friend will receive 5% off their purchase when they use your referral link, and you will receive 100 points once their order has been successfully completed.
For example, if you refer 5 friends, you’ll earn 500 points, which gives you $5 off your next order.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, click the rewards icon located at the bottom left corner of the website. From there, you’ll be able to view and redeem available rewards directly.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points do not expire, so you can save them and redeem them whenever you're ready.
Is there a limit to referrals?
No. There is no limit to referrals, so you can continue earning points as long as you keep sharing and referring friends.
